Giulia Neri graduated in Architecture from the University of Ferrara (Italy) and subsequently served as a Research Fellow in Architectural Engineering. Currently, she is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Civil Engineering (DICIV) at the University of Salerno (Italy), as well as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Political and Communication Sciences (DISPC) at the same university.

Giulia is the author of numerous academic publications, a reviewer for several international and national journals, and a member of organizational committees for various national and international scientific initiatives. Her research focuses on the knowledge, recovery, and conservation of the built environment, with particular emphasis on traditional architectural heritage and the construction practices of early 20th-century architecture.
