Einar Braathen is a professor at the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR) at Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet), where he teaches Public Policy and Urban Governance at the master’s programme in public administration and management. His international urban research has been multi-disciplinary and focused on a wide range of issues, such as social movements and housing policies in urban Brazil, transformation of urban food systems in Europe, and conflicts in climate transformation in Scandinavian cities.
