PhD in Technology Assessment from the Faculty of Science and Technology of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT-UNL). She has a degree in Economic Sciences from the Regional University of Blumenau (2007) and a Master's degree in Economics and Innovation Management from the University of Porto-Portugal (2010). Since 2016, Adjunct Professor at the Department of Information Science (CIN) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina - Brazil. Currently (2023-2024) is Visiting Research at PUC-Perú and Dinâmia'CET-ISCTE.
