Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism (1994), master (2001), Ph.D. (2009) and PhD (2013) in urban development, Federal University of Pernambuco/Brazil. Professor and researcher in the course of Architecture and Urbanism, from the College Damas of Christian instruction, a researcher at the Center for Studies and Research in housing and Environmental Sanitation -NEPHSA/UFPE and researcher at the center of the metropolises. I worked as a consultant in public management and elaboration of urban policies, in projects urbanization of precarious settlements and land regularization procedures. A researcher with an emphasis on the following themes: urban and regional policy, management processes and urban governance, management, land conflicts, urban legislation, right to the city, housing policy, social participation, and mega-urban entrepreneurship.
