Phd student in Public Policies at ISCTE-IUL, developing research in the topics of cultural policies, cultural organisations and public governance. Gratuated in Ciências da Cultura / Cultural Studies (FLUL) since 2014, and holds a Master's degree in Práticas Culturais para Municípios / Municipal Cultural Policy (FCSH-UNL) since 2017. Between 2017-2019 developed work in the research team of the project "250 Anos da Imprensa Nacional" (INCM).
