Short Bio

Degree in Psychology in 2000, in the specialty of Work Psychology, at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto. PhD in Psychology, in 2006, in the same University, with a thesis on ageing and work. Researcher and Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL, since 2007, integrates the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. Teaches courses in the field of Work Psychology, Health and Safety at Work, and Qualitative Methods. The most recent research has focused on the relationship between health, age and work, more specifically on the theme of ageing and age diversity at work.
