Bachelor's degree in accounting and auditing from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil, specialist in Tax Law. Currently attending the master's degree in Economics and Public Policy at ISCTE-IUL/Portugal, and is currently working on his dissertation with the title "Políticas públicas de apoio às empresas - Uma avaliação baseada na Teoria da Mudança". I have also worked as a researcher in the project "Casos Pedagógicos sobre a Administração Pública Portuguesa", promoted by IPPS-Iscte, in which I was the author of 9 of the 24 cases. Currently I am a non- PhD integrated researcher in the research group Governance Economy and Citizenship, linked to DINÂMIA'CET - Iscte, and I am also part of the project “Avaliação contrafactual dos apoios às empresas: cruzamento entre abordagens de inferência causal e de aprendizagem automática (Contrafactual-ML)”.
