Assistant Professor of the Department of Social Research Methods, ISCTE-IUL (University Institute of Lisbon), researcher at DINÂMIACET-Iscte. Holds a PhD in Sociology, specializing in Theories and Methods of Sociology, with the theme "Prospective: Strategic Planning in a Context of Regional Development" (2005).
