PhD in Architecture of Contemporary Metropolitan Territories, with the the representation | presentation of architecture: the presence of models in architecture exhibitions in Portugal in recent decades (2017), master’s degree in urban design (2007), both from Iscte and a degree in Architecture from Universidade Lusíada (1995). He has carried out project work in a studio alongside teaching. He is currently the director of the integrated master's programme in architecture at Iscte in which he teaches in curricular units linked to project practice. He has been developing research in the field of Identification, understanding and exploration of complementarity between the various project representation instruments | architectural work in the design process as well as in an exhibition environment.
