Short Bio

Architect and urban planner (FAUMack-SP, 1996); Master in Regional and Urban Planning (University of Aveiro, 2021); member of “Mulheres na Arquitectura” association; mom, feminist and activist. She worked in several offices and cities: Rino Levi Arquitetos Associados and Fundação Aplicações de Tecnologias Críticas-ATECH, in São Paulo; Turull Sorensen Arquitectos and Jordi Casadevall i Dalmau in Barcelona and founded, with Carlos Pedro Sant'Ana, S'A Arquitectos, in Lisbon. Founder of Ilhabela Quer / Colaboratório, a civic participation platform and workgroup. Has organised various collaborative experiences on participation in urban issues. Researcher at the Planning and Public Policy Laboratory of the Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences (L3P/UA, 2017-2021), developing methodologies and participatory processes related to urban, territorial and environmental planning. Currently a PhD student and researcher at DINÂMIA'CET / ISCTE-IUL, with a FCT doctoral scholarship. Develops research with the provisional title “Participation and Institutionalization: methodologies and democratic innovations in the production of cities”.
