Associate Professor at the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. Founding member of the Associação Portuguesa de Direito do Trabalho - APODIT. Author and co-author of several books and scientific publications in the areas of Labour Law, Economic Sociology and Organizations, Human Resources Management and Digital work.Currently, she is member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal on Working Conditions and of the journal Economia e Segurança Social.
