Short Bio
Catarina Trigo holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations, FCSH, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a postgraduate degree in Advanced Studies in Public Administration and Management, Instituto Nacional de Administração and a MA in Economics and Public Policies, ISEG, Universidade de Lisboa. She's currently a PhD candidate in Political Economy, Iscte/ISEG/FEUC, developing reserach on the influence of dominant economic ideas on the development of labour relations in Portugal.
In recent years she has worked as technical officer in public administration services in the areas of labour and social security and is currently working as program officer at the International Labour Organization (ILO).
