The investigation titled "Ethics and Architecture. Approaches between architectural cultures: the cases of Portugal, Brazil and England (1950 - 1980)" intends to clarify the relationship between ethics and architecture, by focusing on the debates, actors and architectural productions between 1950 and 1980, in the portuguese, english and brazilian architectural contexts, infering that there are internal values to architecture generated by an ethical position, converging to a critical, empathic and responsible thinking that shapes the historical narratives around architecture.
