Rita Fontinha is Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in Strategic Human Resource Management at Henley Business School, University of Reading. She has a Joint PhD from KU Leuven and the University of Lisbon. Rita has published her research in journals such as Human Resource Management, Economic and Industrial Democracy, Studies in Higher Education, Personnel Review, Journal of Career Development and Thunderbird International Business Review. She is a member of the British Higher Education Academy and Academic Member of the CIPD.
