research project at dinâmia'cet-Iscte

Architecture Interplay: Emergent Spaces in transdisciplinary practices focuses in the impact of digital technology in today’s cultural landscape and how it outlines the place for new media in spatial practices. The projects aims to understand how the intersection between art, science and technology and transdiciplinarity processes can contribute to the development of experimental spatial practices.

The research will culminate with the development of an Interactive Database of Experimental Architecture and Spatial Practices, to map and retrieve open access to relevant experimental spatial practices and methodologies, that are answering contemporary ontologic and ecological challenges. The research goal is to promote transdisciplinarity in spatial practices and spatial diversity in urban environments.
