In the medium run I am planning to focus on the topic of the “quality of work” (theoretical frame, empirical measurement) to explore its connection with other key dimensions of labour such as reward, skill mismatch and training, and vulerable segments of the labour markets (youngsters, women, and aging employees)
Link to DINÂMIA'CET-IUL identifying mission:
I expect that my collaboration with D’C will develop along two directions. First, I will cooperate with D’C’s researchers in both theoretical and empirical research. Second, I will take advantage of D’C’s resources (namely, the dataset Quadros de Pessoal) to support my research actvity. I expect to contribute to D’C’s mission by providing additional insight on the evolution of labour markets and employment drivers at national and international level.
