Filipa Mendes Cunha holds a Master's degree in Labour Sciences and Industrial Relations from ISCTE-IUL, were she studied the evolution of qualifications on the trade sector in Portugal, and a Bachelor degree in Sociology from ISCSP-UL. She worked at the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security with ReferNet Portugal, a project from the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training.
