Currently works as an Assistant Professor at the ISCTE-IUL, where she teaches Curricular Units of Statistics on Bachelor’s Degrees in Management, Finance and Accounting and Human Resources Management.
Attending the PhD in Sociology at ISCTE-IUL, studying the area of flexible contracts in companies. Previously completed her Masters in Human Resource Development Policies by ISCTE-IUL in 2016.
With 20 years of experience in companies, her professional career passed through consulting in Human Resources and Human Resources Management on a multinational company. Extensive professional experience in the Global Management of Human Resources, including the areas of People Development and Administrative Management, in a multinational context. Experience in the management of complex teams in matrix structure. Solid knowledge of labor law and HR management, complemented with processes and tools to support the continuous improvement of Organizations. Diversified practice in periods of expansion as well as downsizing.
Ability to negotiate and solve problems and conflicts in complex processes and change management, resulting from profound organizational changes. Special focus on the development of skills to increase business, leading projects to obtain operational improvements and optimization of costs.
