The PhD research project Im developing, with the title: Performance City - Art and Architecture in the Construction of Public Space, focuses on the interdisciplinary relations between art and architecture in relation to public space. This research analysis the influence of artistic practices in architectural practice and how this may influence architecture and architecture´s approach on public realm and the importance of this relation for urban regeneration. I´m interested in exploring whether art can contribute for an expansion in architectural practice and transform architecture´s thinking and approach to public space.
