In the last year and a half, the issues related to food supply in cities and their importance in the design, planning and development of more sustainable cities are gaining visibility and urgency. In academia and in civil society, initiatives and publications have multiplied. The aim of this work will be to contribute to such an up-to-date and urgent dialogue, not only as a basis for information, but also to contribute to the development of more sustainable urban solutions through the example of the city of Lisbon.
