Election of the new Board of Directors and Scientific Committee of DINÂMIA'CET-Iscte | 2025–2028 Term

The electoral process for choosing the new Board of Directors and Scientific Committee of DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte for the 2025 to 2028 term will begin on July 7, 2025, at 2:30 PM, in Auditorium A306 of Building 4.

The session will continue until 5:30 PM on the same day and will resume on July 8, 2025, in room A003 of Building 4, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, to ensure the participation of all members of the Center during this period.

Information on the Electoral Process


  • In accordance with the DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte Regulation for the Proposal of a new Director and Scientific Committee, the lists of names to be voted on are comprised of all members of the Scientific Council (eligible PhD holders from the Unit with a bond to Iscte of no less than one year) who have not stated their unavailability in writing at least two working days before the meeting—by July 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

  • The lists of names to be voted on will be distributed via email on July 3, 2025, by 5:00 PM.

  • There will be two ballots: one for the election of the Director, and one for the election of the Scientific Committee.

  • Each participant in the Scientific Council will vote for one of the names on the ballot for the position of Director.

  • Each participant in the Scientific Council can select up to four names from the ballot for the composition of the Scientific Committee.

  • Voting will take place from the start of the meeting on July 7, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and on July 8, 2025, in room A003 of Building 4, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • The voting results will be shared via email with all members of the Scientific Council on July 8, starting at 5:30 PM.
